ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
How to change the hand control of AQUATEC BELUGA
In case of need please read the assembly instructions carefully!
A.

REPAIR ELEMENTS

1. Replacement hand control incl. cable (Item No. 16214)
2. Assembly instruction (3 pages)
B.

TOOLS

1. Philips screwdriver
2. Standard screwdriver
C.

DISMANTLING

1. Unscrew the 4 screws of the electronic casing lid at the rear side of the backrest.
(Ill. 1)
2. Pull the spindle tube out from the fixture (spindle catch). (Ill. 2)
3. Lift the lid of the electronic casing.
4. Pull the (+) and (-) cable from the circuit board by using the screwdriver and put the
lid aside. (Ill. 3)
5. Remove the gasket from the guiding groove.
6. Pull the plug of the hand control cable from the white socket on the circuit board.

ASSEMBLY

1. Take the new hand control out of the packing.
2. Put the plug of the hand control cable in the white socket of the circuit board.
3. Pull the hand control cable through the opening.
4. Put back the gasket.
5. Fix motor control cables (+) and (-) on the connectors of the circuit boards again.
6. Shut the electronic casing again by putting the lid on. Make sure that the gasket did
not get out of place.
7. Tighten the screws of the lid and take care not to strip them.
