ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly of Headrest AQUATEC BELUGA
Please read the entire assembly instructions carefully before beginning the assembly!
1. DELIVERY ITEMS:
Headrest AQUATEC FORTUNA / BELUGA, white
Consisting of:
4 Mountings (plastic part)
4 Flat-headed screws size Ø 4 x 20 (VA)
1 Bracket – round steel Ø 8 (VA)
1 Cover – woven mat with Velcro fastener
2. PREPARATION:
For backrest with existing assembly drill holes for mounting the headrest
(4 holes for flat-headed screws and 4 holes for fixing pegs).
1.) have a cross-tip screwdriver size 2 available
2.) unbutton the backrest cover
For backrest without assembly drill holes carry out preparations as described above.
Additional tools required: Suitable electric drill (or battery powered drill), countersink 10x90°, twist
drills Ø 4.2 and Ø 5,1 mm.
3. WORK STEPS:
1. In accordance with the diagram below drill the 4 centres marked with (a) with a Ø 4.2 mm
twist drill.
2. In accordance with the diagram below drill the 4 centres marked with (b) with a Ø 5.1 mm
twist drill.
3. Countersink the 4 holes with Ø 4.2 mm (pos. a) with the countersink on the front side
(cover side) to Ø 8.5 mm (suitable for screw 4 x 20).
4. Deburr the other drill hole edges on both sides with the countersink.
