Make sure Power Switch
(16) of Air Compressor is in its "OFF"
position and unit is unplugged from
the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket
before performing any inspection,
maintenance, or cleaning procedures.

If abnormal noise or vibration occurs,
have the problem corrected before
further use. do not use damaged
equipment.

wipe with a clean, damp
cloth and a mild detergent. Then dry.
Do not use solvents. Do not immerse
the unit in liquids.

to replace Adapter (14) fuse,
screw and remove the cap on the
Cigarette Lighter Adapter. Remove
the old Fuse, and replace with a new
Fuse (type: 20 Amp). Then, screw
the cap back onto the Cigarette
Lighter Adapter.

Turn on Power Switch.

Charge vehicle Battery.
4.
Replace fuse (20 Amp) in Adapter.
5.
Inspect, repair or replace brushes.

Make sure all connections are tight.

Do not use unit continuously for over 12
minutes. Allow 30 minutes for unit to cool
down after each use.

Check for incorrect alignment and uneven
gaps. If cross-threaded, disassemble and
replace damaged parts before use.
2.
Tighten housing assembly. If housing cannot
tighten properly, internal parts may be
misaligned.
3.
Replace damaged components.

Clean or replace valve assembly.
