Model 380/385 Trac-Vac Assembly Instruction 1. Slip wheel (9) over container frame (2) axle pin, trapping 3/4" flatwasher on both sides of wheel. Secure with 1/8" x 1" cotter key. Repeat procedure with opposite wheel. Fig 1 2. Place frame (2) on blocks and level the frame with axles towards the bottom and frame channels facing upwards.
