KYOCERA Corporation 1. 概要 OUTLINE 本製品 6809 シリーズコネクタは、市場における機器の小型化や高密度実装の要求に基づき開発された 0.5mm ピッチ、ワンタッチロックタイプ(下接点)の FPC 用コネクタです。本コネクタは製品の大きさが非常に 小さいため、取り扱いには注意が必要です。ここで、6809 シリーズコネクタの取り扱い上の注意点について 記載します。 Series 6809 connector is a one-touch locking type (lower contact type) connector with 0.5mm- pitch for FPC designed to meet the market requirements of downsizing and high density package in equipment. -

KYOCERA Corporation 3.3 FPC/FFC の挿入について INSERTION OF FPC/FFC FPC/FFC をコネクタに対し平行に挿入します。 FPC/FFC は導体面を下にし、カードスロットに突き当た るまでしっかりと挿入してください。 Please Insert the FPC/FFC parallel to the connector as shown left. Insert the FPC/FFC with conductor side (contacting side) faced down and push the FPC to the point where it hits the card slot of connector. - Page 7 KYOCERA Corporation 回転させるようにアクチュエータ中央部に軽く荷重を 加え、ロックさせます。挿入した FPC/FFC が斜めになっ ていないか確認した上でロックさせて下さい。 Press down the center part of the actuator with soft pressure applied in the direction of the rotation axis. KYOCERA Corporation 3.5 FPC/FFC の屈曲について FLEXION OF FPC/FFC FPC/FFC の屈曲により、コネクタ接点部に過剰な負荷がかからないようご注意下さい。 尚、FPC/FFC をコネクタのカード挿入口近くで繰返し屈曲させて使用する場合はご相談下さい。条件によっ ては弊社にて評価確認を行います。 Pay attention not to apply an excess load to the connector contacts, because of the flexion of FPC .Please contact us when the FPC/FFC has to be bent repeatedly near the card insertion opening.We will conduct evaluation tests according to conditions.
