Introduction Thank you for purchasing a Guardian Fall Protection Cable Ladder System. This User Information manual must be read and understood in its entirety, and used as part of an employee training program as required by OSHA or any applicable state agency.
When connecting to Cable Ladder System, NEVER use any connector that will allow a distance of more than 9” from front D-ring to cable grab. Guardian recommends using carabiner part #: 01813-S-HS to connect to cable grab. MUST be used in combination with compatible fall arrester, such as a Guardian Fall Protection Cable Grab (#01510).

Compatibility: When making connections with Cable Ladder System, eliminate all possibility of roll-out. Roll-out occurs when interference between a hook and the attachment point causes the hook gate to unintentionally open and release. All connections must be selected and deemed compatible with Cable Ladder System by a Competent Person.
