Recalling by location
Each entry you store is placed in a memory location numbered 01–99. Once you have stored the
entry, you can use this feature to recall it by the number of the location.
1.
Enter menu
Press [FCN] then press [MENU].
2.
Enter phone book
Press [MENU] to select: Phone book
3.
Begin recalling
Press [↑] or [↓] to scroll to: Recall by location and press [MENU] to select. You will see:
Location

Enter location
Enter the two-digit memory location of the number you are looking for. You will see the
name, location number, and an icon for each number stored in the entry.
5.
Select number
Press [MENU] to select the entry, then press [↑] or [↓] to scroll through the numbers
stored in that location.
6.
Place call
Press [MENU] or press [SEND] to call the number. You will see: Calling
7.
End call
Press [END] or press and hold [MENU] until you hear a dual tone. You will see: Press
[**] to end call. Then press [MENU] again.
Tip:
To place a quick call, just enter the two digit location and press [SEND].

Phone book status
You can use this feature to see how many of your phone book's 99 locations have been used.
1.
Enter menu
Press [FCN] then [MENU].
2.
Enter phone book
Press [MENU] to select: Phone Book.
