Follow these symbols as a guide for using the volume keys and smart button:
Press [↑] to scroll up.
Press [↓] to scroll down.
Press [MENU] to select.

Press [FCN] then press [MENU] to enter the menu system.

Recalling by name
Once you have stored entries, you can recall them alphabetically with the phone book menu.
Find the name, choose the number, and instantly place a call.
1.
Enter menu
Press [FCN] then [MENU].
2.
Enter phone book
Press [MENU] to select: Phone Book.
3.
Begin recalling
Press [MENU] to select: Recall by name. You will see: Enter 1st letter.
4.
Enter first letter
Press the appropriate digit key as many times as necessary to enter the first letter of the
name. (See page ___ for help in entering letters.) You will see the first entry with that
letter. If necessary, press [↑] or [↓] to scroll to the name you are looking for.
5.
Select number
Press [MENU] to select the entry, then press [↑] or [↓] to scroll through the numbers
stored in that location.
6.
Place call
Press [MENU] or [SEND] to call the number. You will see: Calling
7.
End call
Press [END] or press and hold [MENU] until you hear a dual tone. You will see: Press
[**] to end call.
