Use (4) four M6 X 15mm bolts to fix the tank housing
to the base & cast iron. Tighten the bolts as shown

(4) four 3/16" bolts.

WARNING:
Fix the regulator to the tank housing with the M5 X
Fix (3) three pins of 60mm length to the emitter screen
with (3) three flange nuts, then tighten them.
