When the heater is first turned on all the elements will work together to reach the target temperature, when the target is reached one element will be left working to keep the target temperature constant (for OCS30, OCS40 ,one bank will stop ). When sauna room temperature goes 2 C/ 4 oF above the target temperature all heat elements will stop.
