Installing the Corvallis with the 534
Horizon/Clearview is identical to the
instructions for the Ventana in the
preceding pages, except for the length of
the
side
slips.
indicated on the back of the slip are
suggested marks only– check them
against your design concept before
cutting the slips!
Installing the Corvallis with the Windsor Front
The front of the Windsor plate must be
installed 2 7/8" away from the wall, in
order to fit against the back of the leg.
Again, it is prudent to do a dry run
before beginning to install the wall
brackets to ensure that the firebox sits
in the correct position relative to the
hearth and other mantel components.

ORVALLIS
If you are going to use the Windsor with
the 530 firebox, no slips are required.
The 530 firebox must be installed so
that it is the height of the hearth from
the finished floor 2" from the finished
floor, and will rest upon the hearth. This
also applies to any of the backpanels
FOT supplies.
