- Page 7 #4008 IRES OF RADITION NSTALL NSTRUCTIONS FOR ORVALLIS Secure the two ‘L’ foot brackets now to the floor. These now lock the bottom of the bracket frame into position. When the brackets are properly positioned and secured, a sturdy frame is created upon which the stone mantel may be hung.
- Page 8 #4008 IRES OF RADITION NSTALL NSTRUCTIONS FOR ORVALLIS At this point, it is good to do a dry fit of the legs and side slips to ensure that all parts are properly located. Position the two legs first, then slide the slips carefully into position to ensure that the back face of the slips fit up against the front of the fireplace.

There are marks on the back of the side slips indicating suggested slip heights. It is critical that you check this against the final design concept that you want to achieve with the slips relative to the fireplace front.
