Making an Internal Call

Dial the extension via the alpha-numeric keypad
The Call Status screen will display whom you are

ringing and your details

Lift your handset or select the Speaker button

Dial the extension via the alpha-numeric keypad

Select the User required from your Favourites display

using the up/down arrows and/or alpha-numeric
keypad
Dial the User required using the Context Sensitive

Dial the appropriate user using the Context Sensitive

Leaving a Message for a Colleague
If the extension you are ringing is busy or not

answered you will be transferred to voicemail (if
enabled) and played your colleague's greeting
Leave a message

Replace your handset

Accessing Your Own Messages
The LED underneath the Messages button icon will

flash to indicate you have a new message

Press the Messages button.

An envelope icon

indicate a new message.

Select the new message using the Context Sensitive
Key alongside

To listen to the message press the Context Sensitive
Key alongside

Your message will be played back to you

Press the Messages button twice to exit.
Deleting a Message

Select the message to be deleted using the Context
Sensitive Key alongside
I Name I

Remove the message by pressing the Context Sensitive
Key alongside
I Delete I
Press the Messages button to exit.

Saving a Message
After listening to a message press the Context Sensitive

Key alongside
I Save I
Press the Messages button to exit.

Please note: Messages are stored until listened to, and
then they are deleted after 7 days unless saved. The
open blue envelope alongside normal text
a previously read message.
