4. Click 'Next'. In the next dialog box select the header type required and the
message type. The 'Message Type' combo box lists the message types. The types
of messages are 'User', 'System' and 'Service'. To create a System message
select the type as 'System'. To create a Service message, select the type as
'Service'.
