    General description and intended use 3.1 General description The WasteStar CC is designed to dispose of incidental organic waste with a compact system. The WasteStar disposal system fulfills the most recent legal stipulations with regard to waste management for organic materials in industrial kitchens.

Compliance with the instructions is therefore absolutely necessary. Operator’s duty of care This installation has been constructed and designed based on a risk assessment and careful selection of the applicable harmonised standards, as well as additional technical specifications.

    Operating instructions WasteStar CC Observe all the instructions posted on the installation. The installation may only be operated under the supervision of trained personnel. Do not use the machine if you are unsure about system operation. Always keep hatches and cover panels closed!

The system must be installed as per the information in the installation drawing. It m u s t be installed by a licensed and authorised technician.

If the system is installed in an area where the surrounding temperatures are below 0°C, the water freezing inside may damage the internal water components (pump, solenoid valve, etc.).

    * Detergent / disinfectant:  MEIKO recommends brand cleaning products from leading manufacturers.  Frequent changing from acidic-neutral-alkaline can lead to faster wear on the installed components. If you use several cleaning products in your facilities, we recommend always using the same product (avoid frequent changes of cleaning products).
