Setting or changing your PIN

In order to protect your privacy and vehicle information, a secure STARLINK Personal
Identification Number (PIN) is required to use many of the STARLINK features and
the MySubaru Mobile App.
• You will be asked to set your STARLINK PIN, security questions or
verification process during the STARLINK enrollment process
• You can change your STARLINK PIN at any time after enrollment by
choosing the STARLINK menu then the STARLINK Update PIN link on the
MySubaru website or from the STARLINK Change PIN link in the My Profile
menu on the Mobile App
