Module Control System
For H Type unit, all slave units on the network are subject to the water outlet temperature of No.0
unit.
The host unit is provided with the system pump and the basic input and output.
The host unit is connected with the water pump and detects the water flow switch; the slave
units are not connected with the water pump but still connected with the water flow switch for
detecting the water flow switch. If the water flow switch of a slave unit issues an alarm, this slave
unit will be automatically turned off.
The slave units are not provided with the pump and the interlocking two-way valve, is only
provided with the basic input and output.
If the water pump of the host unit issues an alarm, all units will be shut down. The slave units
have no water pump alarm function.
The slave units are subject to the water outlet temperature of the host unit.
After receiving the all-unit start command, the units will be started up by delaying for 60s+unit
number*16s.
After receiving the all-unit shutdown command, the units on the network will be shut down
according to unit number*8s, but the host unit will not execute this shutdown command and
only accept the single-unit shutdown command.
Do not start up any host unit or slave unit or switch the mode by using the single unit controller;
it can view and set the parameters of the unit only.
System Operation
System startup: the centralized controller executes the group startup operation.
System shutdown: the centralized controller executes the group shutdown operation.
The mode operation can be switched only in the group operation.
Implementation Method
Grouping of outdoor units
1) The outdoor units are grouped by unit number.
Notes: installation instructions: if the quantity of outdoor units is 6, the numbers shall be 0, 1,
2, 5, 6 and 7, which are grouped into 3 groups; if the quantity of outdoor units is 4, the numbers
shall be 0, 1, 2 and 3, which are grouped into 4 groups, namely, the numbers shall be arranged
by matrix as soon as possible.
2) The uploading and downloading conditions are classified into 5 conditions.
