./ Check for unusual tire wear, align per FRONT SUSPENSION AND
STEERING section
./ Check for bent/binding linkage rod
./ Check for damage or wear to latch arm or catch bracket

Lubricate, use light oil. DO NOT LUBRICATE CABLES OR BRAKE LATCH
./ Check for oil leakage, loose mounting hardware
./ Check coil/spark plug wires for cracks/loose connections
./ Check for leaks at tank cap, lines, filters, pump, carburetor
./ Check fuel lines for cracks, deterioration
./ Check operation and governed speed
(includes items listed in previous tables & the following)
./ Check for wear and smooth movement (lubricate shaft with light oil if required)
./ Check shift cable spring length
./ Check for excessive play and tightness of retaining nuts

Lubricate, use wheel bearing grease

Lubricate linkage, use wheel bearing grease

Lubricate, use wheel bearing grease
./ Check for unusual noise and loose missing mounting hardware
./ Check filter element, clean/replace as required

Adjust (See FRONT SUSPENSION AND STEERING section)

Pack, use wheel bearing grease
./ Check lubricant, add lubricant (SAE 30 oil) as required
.... Replace after 5 years

Clean and adjust (See BRAKES section)
./ Check brake shoe linings, wear limit .06" (1.5 mm) (See BRAKES section)
.... Replace with SAE 1 0W-30 or 1 0W-40, that meets or exceeds SF, SG, CC oil DO
NOT OVERFILL
./ Check for dirt build-up, replace as required

Clean in solvent (at oil change), replace 'O' ring if required

Gap .028 - .030 (.71 - .76 mm) (replace if required)
./ Check mounting hardware, leaks at head and muffler gaskets
./ Check tension, signs of wear/damage, replace if worn or damaged
./ Check cold at cam (intake/exhaust), adjust as required
