NOTE: Check all possible solutions before disassembling the pump.
Problem
Uneven spray pattern
Spray gun will not stop spraying
Spray gun will not spray

Cause
Bead pressure too low
Gun needle binding
Obstructed or worn needle seat
Bead line clogged
Bead valve closed
Clogged orifice or needle seat
No trigger or actuator air pressure
Wet beads
Solution
Increase pressure to bead tank, or adjust
bead pressure regulator
Clean, repair
Clean or replace
Clear
Open
Clean
Check, clean air lines
Drain beads from tank and replace with dry
beads
