Handling Calls
NOTE

Call Transfer

If an external caller requests to speak with someone else, you can transfer
the call to the requested station or external number.
1.
Press the [Transfer] button during the call.
2.
Press the station or external number (recipient)
to which the call should be transferred.
3.
Disconnect the call (e.g. replace the handset)
To transfer the call automatically, disconnect the
call when the recipient's phone rings. Otherwise,
wait until the recipient answers your call, inform
them of the transfer, then disconnect the call.
You can toggle between the external and intercom calls by pressing the
[Transfer] button.
