Always wear eye protection.
Protective equipment such as gloves, non-skid safety
shoes, or hearing protection used for appropriate condi-
tions will reduce personal injuries.
Be careful during adjustment of the product to prevent
entrapment of the fingers between moving and fixed parts
of the machine, or while assembling both trimmer tubes.
Don't use water, or chemical substances for cleaning the
guard or other parts of the trimmer.
Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight to be sure the prod-
uct is in a safe working condition.
Do not disassemble the product further than the delivery
status.

Cut injury when the trimmer starts accidentally.
v Wait for the cutting filament to stop and remove the
battery before you assemble the trimmer.

v The trimmer may only be used when the protective cover
is assembled.
1. Slide the tube
Make sure that the tube is firmly located.

the noise produced by the product, the operator may not
notice persons approaching.
While operation and transport pay special attention to the
hazard for other people.

sense when operating a power tool.
Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
A moment of inattention while operating power tools may
result in serious personal injury.
