The report function of your fax unlt
is used to see what numbers you
have stored, what settings you
have made, or what faxes you
have sent and received.
Before making changes, print out
the
list
to
check
the
settings. After making changes,
print the list to confirm the new
settings.
The call back message is printed
automatically when you do not answer the
remote party's voice request, and the
confirmation
report
is
automatically only if the corresponding
user option is set.
TO print out reports, press [FUNCTION],
then [3]. Follow the steps shown at right.

Press [YES] to print the reception report,
or [NO] to skip it (see page 41 for a
sample report).
