ReMeDY
§ Check incoming power supply.
§ Check the control circuit fuse.
§ Check the transformer secondary windings
for the control voltage.
§ Change Star / Delta timer.
Top up coolant.
§ Set overload to correct value and switch to
manual reset.
§ Ensure voltage does not drop below 10% on
start up and % running.
Set pressure to correct rating for machine.
Change air filter, and separator element.
§ Ensure voltage does not drop below 10% on
start up and % running.
Correct incoming supply voltage.
† Change Airend.
Change air filter.
Set pressure to correct rating for machine.
Reduce site voltage to correct operating
voltage.
† Fit inlet valve service kit.
Replace or set pressure to correct rating for
machine.
† Fit blowdown solenoid service kit.
† Fit inlet valve service kit.
Fit new Separator element.
Set pressure to correct rating for machine.
† Fit Minimum pressure valve service kit.
† Fit blowdown solenoid service kit.
Fit new belt.
† Fix leaks.
† Fit inlet valve service kit.
Reduce demand or install additional
compressor.
Replace air filter elements.
Check incoming power supply.
Check the dryer protection fuse.
Check auxiliary contact on main motor
contactor.
Check operation of drain valve.
Check operation of condensate check valves.
Clean condenser and replace panel filter
element.
Check hot gas valve setting.
