Section 1: Assembly & Set-up
Rephasing Lift Cylinders & Plumbing
Refer to Figure 1-16:
The deck cutting height and transporting height are
controlled by three rephasing cylinders (#1, #2 & #3)
which are plumbed together to operate in unison. The
decks will not lift properly if rephasing cylinders are
plumbed incorrectly. Use Figure 1-16 to verify plumbing.

8.
3/8" Hydraulic hose, 234" long x 3/4" FJIC
9.
3/8" Hydraulic hose, 288" long x 3/4" MORB x 3/4" FJIC
Folding Cylinders & Plumbing
Refer to Figure 1-17:
The wing folding cylinders (#1) are single-acting and
should be connected to an outlet with float option to allow
the wings to flex up and down as they travel over uneven
ground while cutting. Use Figure 1-17 to verify plumbing.
