How to Acknowledge Alarms
When the MCI is in an alarm state, it cannot perform any other function. You must
acknowledge the alarm to return the MCI back to its normal monitoring state.
Note that you should leave the alarm unacknowledged until the cause for the alarm has
been resolved. Otherwise, the MCI will continue to detect and indicate the alarm
condition, causing early battery failure.

 If you are performing daily visual checks, then it is only necessary to use
the read key to check the MCI's condition once every quarter.
 If you miss a weekly visual check, you should use the read key to check
the MCI's alarm status as soon as possible, to make sure you did not
miss an alarm indication.
 Tip – Add MCI POINTs to your SKF Microlog Inspector machinery
