The values in the tables are given as a guide and are
based on a pre-heated appliance. The values may vary
depending on the type and amount of food to be
cooked.

Use types of fish that are suitable for

they can be rolled in flour before fry-
ing. Start by frying them skin-side
down and turn just once if possible.

Salt the aubergines before frying,
leave for 30 minutes and dry off.
