♥HOW TO TAKE BLOOD PRESSURE
Before you take your BP measurement, do the following:
• Sit within 20 feet of the Hub.
• Relax for about 15 minutes.
• Remove restrictive clothing or roll up a loose garment sleeve.
• Use the left arm for the measurement unless instructed otherwise by your Health Care
Provider.
• Do not eat, drink, smoke, or talk during the measurement.
