To make the back sit up on a Sunrise Medical Quickie Q700 M, use the joystick and LCD control panel:

1. Press the “Mode” button until a seat icon appears on the display.
2. Move the joystick left or right to select a desired memory seat position (such as Seating or Custom).
3. Move and hold the joystick forward. The seat will move to the selected position, raising the backrest.

You can stop the movement at any time by releasing the joystick.
