POWER COMMANDER V INPUT ACCESSORY GUIDE ACCESSORY INPUTS Map - (Input 1 or 2) The PCV has the ability to hold 2 different base maps. You can switch on the fly between these two base maps when you hook up a switch to the MAP inputs. You can USB CONNECTION use any open/close type switch. The polarity of the wires is not important. When using the Autotune kit one position will hold a base map and the other position will let you activate the learning mode. When the switch is “CLOSED” Autotune will be activated. (Set to Switch Input #1 by default.) Shifter- (Input 1 or 2) These inputs are for use with the Dynojet quickshifter. Insert the wires from the CRANK Dynojet quickshifter into the SHIFTER inputs. ANALOG The polarity of the wires is not important. (Set to Switch Input #2 by default.) SPEED EXPANSION PORTS 1 & 2 INPUT 2 (Grnd)

FIG.A Open the seat and the front storage compartments. Remove the two covers under the front storage lid (Fig. A). Remove the push pins. FIG.D Using the supplied Velcro, secure the PCV unit in place under the seat. Route the PCV harness down the left side of the vehicle and go towards the throttle bodies. FIG.E 10 Remove the mounting bolt for the stock MAP sensor on the left side of the throttle bodies. This allows access to the rear fuel injector. FIG.G 12 Plug the pair of PCV leads with YELLOW colored wires in-line of the stock wiring harness and the rear fuel injector (Fig. G). 13 Reinstall the MAP sensor to throttle body. FIG.H 14 Unplug the stock wiring harness from the front fuel injector on the right hand side (Fig. H). Unplug This connection is located to the right rear of the air box. 15 Plug the pair of PCV leads with ORANGE colored wires in-line of the stock wiring harness and front fuel injector. FIG.J 16 Locate the Throttle Position Sensor on the left side of the throttle bodies. Posi-tap 17 Use the supplied Posi-tap to attach the GREY wire of the PCV to the stock TAN/WHITE wire of the TPS wiring harness. Figure J is shown with the TPS harness disconnected from the sensor.

FIG.K 18 Attach the ground wire of the PCV with the small ring lug to the rear cylinder head on the left side (Fig. K). Remove the stock bolt and insert bolt thru the eyelet of the PCV ground wire and reinstall bolt into head. Ground FIG.L 19 Locate the stock Crank Position Sensor connectors and unplug them (Fig. L). This is a BLACK 2-pin connector pair on the left side of the engine. FIG.M 20 Plug the mating connectors from the PCV in-line of the stock Crank Position Sensor connectors (Fig. M).

FIG.N 21 Unplug the stock wiring harness from the Ignition Coil and plug the pair of PCV connectors with GREEN and BLUE colored wires in-line of the Ignition Coil and stock wiring harness (Fig. N).
