Use this setting when simmering.
Medium Speed Setting
The medium speed setting is used the standard setting for normal cooking ,
This setting is recommended for most types of cooking
High Speed Setting
Use the high speed setting when cooking on multiple zones or when
the density of smoke/steam increases.

Booster Button
Extra high power for an intensive airflow ,press B button, after 5 minutes
will turn back to high speed setting.
Light Button
Press the (light button symbol) to turn the LED lights on or off.
