Fuel tap is on the left of the fuel tank.
Possible states
Fuel tap is closed – The knurled screw is turned all the way clockwise. Fuel cannot

flow out of the fuel tank.
Fuel tap is open – The knurled screw is turned all the way counterclockwise. Fuel
•
can flow out of the fuel tank.

Choke  is fitted on the left side of the carburetor.
Activating the choke function frees a drill hole in the carburetor through which the
engine can draw extra fuel. This results in a richer fuel-air mixture, which is needed
for a cold start.

If the engine is warm, the choke function must be deactivated.
Possible states
Choke function activated – Choke knob is in upper position. The O-ring is visible.

The choke lever
