System Set-Up & Charging
Attach holder into the base unit. After inserting the holder into the
base, firmly turn the holder clockwise 90˚ into the proper position shown above.
IMPORTANT: The battery power may not be sufficient immediately after purchase.
Charge the Easyshade for a minimum of five (5) hours prior to initial use.

Place the Easyshade handpiece on the base unit.

Connect the charge cord to the base unit and plug the power supply into an AC outlet.
1.3
The LED indicator lights green when the battery is charging and will remain lit.
Note: Store the Easyshade handpiece on the base unit to maintain the battery charge
between use.

Apply Infection Control Sleeve

2.1
Insert the handpiece probe into the sleeve pocket located beneath the blue-banded wrap.

Hold and pull the probe end of the paper sleeve against the probe, pulling it firmly toward
you and tear off.

Stretch the sleeve over the retentive hook and secure.

Note: The Infection Control Sleeve must be uniform and flat over the face of the probe tip.
Ensure that the sleeve is not torn during application.

Turn on Easyshade Handpiece

After the Infection Control Sleeve is in place, turn on the Easyshade by depressing
any button.
