Reference Control
The DAC has an on-chip reference with an internal gain of 2.
Click the blue progressive option on the REFERENCE INPUT
block to access the Reference Input window, as shown in Figure 6,
which allows the user to select between the on-chip reference or
external reference voltage.

When using an external reference, write the actual value of the
reference voltage in the External Reference (V) input box to make
sure that the software reflects the voltage output correctly.
LDAC Mask Register
Each DAC can be configured to respond to or override the LDAC
pin settings in the LDAC control. Click the blue progressive
disclosure option on the INTERFACE LOGIC block to access
the LDAC Register window, as shown in Figure 7. When the
LDAC selections are completed, click OK to write the appropriate
values to the AD5678. The LDAC REGISTER indicator lights
up accordingly when an LDAC mask of a DAC is enabled.
