System overview and the User interface
You can also minimize, resize or close a data box by clicking one of the three icons
at the right of the upper border. The icons are:

Tool and control boxes
Each application has two control panels that are accessed by clicking on buttons
at the top left of the display window. The Tools are the same for all applications,
whilst Controls are application specific.
Tool box
- to minimize the data box.
- to maximize the data box.
- to close the data box.
The icon will be enlarged as you place the cursor over it, making
operation easy and accurate in difficult sea conditions.
The Tool box is displayed by clicking the Tools tab located
to the left of the screen in the upper border of an application
window.
The tool box contains the softkeys for the main functions of
the chosen application.
The softkeys are operated by placing the cursor over the one
you want to operate and clicking the trackball button. Some
softkeys will present another option when clicked.
The tool box can be closed by clicking the cross at the top
right of the panel. The cross will be enlarged as you place
the cursor over it, making operation easy and accurate in
difficult sea conditions.
