Dial V oice M ail p ilot 2 000.
Press * (star k ey o n k eypad).
Enter your mailbox number (your extension
number).
When prompted for your password, enter your
extension n umber, t hen p ress #
Follow the voice mail prompts for remainder of set
up.
Remember To Record Your Personal Greeting:
(Hint: J ust r emember 4 1 1 )

Press 4 ( Personal O ptions) a nd s elect d esired o ption:
Press 1 f or R ecord/Change G reeting
Press 1 a gain f or P rimary G reeting
Press # ( pound) k ey w hen d one r ecording g reeting.
Press # ( pound) k ey a gain t o s ave y our r ecording.
Hang u p w hen fi nished, o r p ress * ( star k ey) t o g o t o
previous m enu.
Receiving NEW Messages:
When new messages are received in your mailbox the
MSG key on you phone will blink. The LCD display will
show you how many new messages are in your
mailbox.
QUICK Access into Your Mailbox:
Lift the handset or press the SPKR key on your phone.
Press the FLASHING MSG key.
You will be prompted to enter your Password, then
press the # key.

When prompted, record message and press # (pound) to
end r ecording.
Press # (pound) AGAIN and hang up to send message ...
