ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Make the Main Frame (1) lying as photo shown. Use Bolt (A) to fix Bottom Frame (2) onto the bottom end of two front posts. ADJUSTING THE RUNNING BELT TENSION Adjust belt tension if it begins to slip on the rollers. This is important as it increases Longevity of the treadmill's components. When adjusting belt tension, keep the belt as loose as possible!!! 1.
