What you are about to enter is what is called a Distinguished Name or a DN.
There are quite a few fields but you can leave some blank
For some fields there will be a default value,
If you enter '.', the field will be left blank.

3 Open the certificate request in a text editor. Copy the text.
4 Copy the certificate request text. The certificate text looks similar, but not identical, to the following text.

5 Navigate to the Local Certificate Authority List section in the KeySecure's Management Console
(Security Local CAs).
