5. Select Edit (If you want to erase
the template, select Erase.) to
edit the template and press OK.
6. Press Options and select Save.
7. Press OK. Then select Yes if
you want to save your editing or
select No if you want to abort
your edit.
Message Settings
Your phone allows you to set up
default setting on the SMS feature.
1. From the main menu, use
your navigation keys to select
Messaging > Text message >
message Settings.
. Press OK and choose a setting.
3. Press OK to set your message
settings.
Your phone provides the following
settings:
► Profile setting: If more than one
message profile is allowed by
your SIM card, you may edit the
profile separately.
► Common setting: You may
select whether to enable or
disable the delivery report and
change the reply path of your
service center if any.
► Memory status: Checks your
memory status in the SIM card
and phone.
► Preferred storage: Toggles
between SIM and phone storage
options.
► Prefer bearer: Chooses your
preferred bearer – GSM, GPRS
only and GSM only
Multimedia Message
(MMS)
The feature allows you to send the
message that contains text, sound
and a picture. Depending on the
network, you may receive a text
message that includes an Internet
address where you can view and
download the multimedia message.
Your phone supports the following
formats in MMS function.
► Picture: JPG, GIF and BMP.
► Sound: Scalable Polyphonic
MIDI (SP-MIDI), i-Melody.
