INSPECTION DETAILS - I. UNDER VEHICLE (SAFETY/DAMAGE)
CHECK AND TIGHTEN ALL CHASSIS
BOLTS OF COMPONENTS THAT ARE
REPLACED DUE TO REPAIRS
Check that all chassis bolts and nuts and suspension
components are tight. See the Repair Manual for proper bolt
torque specification.
a ) Front and rear suspensions
b ) Steering linkages
c ) Front/rear cross members
d ) Front/rear brakes
e ) Drive shaft
FLUID LEAKS
a ) Engine (cylinder head and around the head cover)
b ) Hybrid transaxle
c ) Brake lines and hoses
d ) Radiator and hoses
e ) Fuel lines and hoses
f ) Transmission
g ) Front shocks
RUBBER BODY PLUGS
Install the rubber body plugs into the torque box holes.
NOTE:
Plugs are shipped with the vehicle and put in the glove
compartment.
