Web Server Configuration

This is used to enable or disable HTTPS on the Policy Manager Web UI. It allows a self-
signed certificated to be generated, or for a signed certificate to be imported. This allows
connections to the Policy Manager Web UI to be encrypted or sent in plain text.
To get to the following page, browse to: Maintenance >> Management >> Web Server:
The following fields are available:

Click Save to save the changes made.

Description
The status of the HTTPS server on the Policy Manager. The default is
Disabled. This can be set to:
Enabled
Disabled
This field appears if the HTTPS status is set to Enabled. The
following fields are available:
Select self-signed certificate to use a self-signed SSL/TLS
certificate. Select Re-generate self-signed key to re-
generate the self-signed key used to sign SSL/TLS
certificates used by the Policy Manager.
Select imported certificate and click Import to import a
signed SSL/TLS certificate. This can be entered into the
Import Certificate box which is presented. Press Apply to
save the settings. Certificates in the PEM format are
accepted.
