2.1 Unpacking and Inspection

This printer has been specially packaged to be protected from damage during shipping. Upon
receiving, please inspect the packaging and printer carefully. Please retain the packaging
materials, in case you need to re-ship the printer.
The following items are included in the carton:


One Windows labeling software/Windows driver CD

One quick installation guide

One power cord

One auto switching power supply

One USB interface cable

Two ribbon spindles

One ribbon paper core

One label spindle
If any items are missing, please contact the Customer Service department of the
reseller/distributor that you purchased the printer from.
