Problem

What to do
Check whether the power
cord is plugged into the
power socket.
Check the parameters
configuration
Check the source and
other factors that affect the
signal reception.
Set TV in right mode, e.g.
(Set TV to CVBS display
mode for CVBS decoding
input from IRD, and HDMI
mode for IRD HDMI input,
etc.)
Check the cable
connections, LNB and
other equipment
connected between the
LNB and the STB, and /or
adjust the dish.
Align the dish. Check the
signal level in the IRD
menu.
