6. Date and Time Setting (Windows Computer)
1. Right-click on Windows desktop. Choose Notepad to
create a *.txt (text) file. Then double-click the text file.
2. To set 2009 March 9, 14:00. Enter date and time
information as 2009.03.09 14:00:00 A space must be
present in between date and hour. Please note it must be
in 24-hour format.
3. Name the file as settime.txt and save.
4. Power on again and connect the device to computer.
5. Paste the settime.txt file to the root directory of DVR
then disconnect the DVR. Power on the DVR, then
power off the DVR. The date and time setting is
completed now.
To sync with Computer's Time:

7. Operation
1. To power on the DVR gentely press Power/REC
button once. The device will illuminate the blue LED.
2. To record, press Power/REC button again. Red LED blinks.
3. To stop record, press Power/REC again. Red LED turns off
4. To take photo, press Photo button. Red LED blink.
5. Press Power Off button to turn off DVR. Blue LED turns off.

By USB Cable Connection
1. With memory card inserted, connect the device to computer
without turning it on by USB cable to establish computer
connection.
2. After the connection is established, turn on PV-RC200.
3. PV-RC200 is recognized as "removable drive". User may
move/copy files between "removable drive" and computer.
5. Accessing Webcam Function
Option (1)
1. Without memory card inserted, connect PV-RC200 to computer
with USB cable.
2. Turn on PV-RC200.
3. Turn on installed AMCap and access web cam function.
Option (2)
1. With memory card inserted, turn on PV-RC200 without cable
connection.
2. Connect PV-RC200 with USB cable.
3. Turn on installed AMCap and access web cam function.
