Credit / Debit Sale

• Select SALE
• Input the sale amount and press ENTER
• If prompted, select YES to confirm amount or
NO to cancel transaction
• Swipe, insert, or tap* card, or manually enter**
the account # and press ENTER
• If prompted, select CREDIT or DEBIT
• If prompted, enter PIN and press ENTER
For swiped and chip cards, the transaction will
process and print a receipt
Do NOT remove the chip card until directed so by the
prompts on the display. Doing so will cause a duplicate
transaction along with a settlement failure.

**Manually Keyed Security Prompts

** Input expiration date (XXXX) and press ENTER
** Select YES to indicate card present
** Input CVV code or press ENTER to bypass
** Input numerical street address and press ENTER
or press ENTER to bypass
** Input zip code and press ENTER or press ENTER
to bypass
Transaction will process and print a receipt

To Obtain a Voice Authorization

For ALL cards

Please obtain an authorization code and follow
the steps for a forced transaction.
WARNING: Do NOT enter transaction as a normal sale.

Reprint Receipt

Press REPRINT
Select LAST RECEIPT or
select ANY RECEIPT and
follow prompts

Detail/Summary Reports

• Press REPORTS
• Select F2 for Totals Report
or F3 for Detail Report
• Selected report will print
If your terminal is set for auto-
settle, the report will print
automatically

Review Batch Totals

Select "More" key twice
Select F3 for Batch Review
This is to review only

SETTLEMENT

Be sure to print report prior
• Select SETTLEMENT
• if prompted, enter password
• Confirm totals and press
ENTER
• Settlement report prints

Credit / Debit Refund

Select REFUND
If prompted, enter password
Input amount and press ENTER
Swipe, insert, or tap* card, or manually enter**
the account # and press ENTER
If prompted, select 1 for CREDIT
If prompted, enter last 4 digits of card
If prompted, enter expiration date (XXXX) ENTER

Forced Transaction (only use after obtaining voice authorization)

MUST OBTAIN VOICE AUTHORIZATION PRIOR
Select "More" key (top row - far left key)
Select F3 for Force
Input amount and ENTER
To confirm, press F1 or ENTER
Swipe, insert, or tap* card, or manually enter**
the account # and press ENTER
Enter expiration date (XXXX) ENTER
Select F1 Sale for type of transaction
Input approval code and press ENTER
(Use the "alpha" key to change numbers to letters)

To Void a Transaction (must be unclosed batch)

Select "More" key (top row - far left key)
Select F2 for Void
Void last transaction? F1 for yes or F2 for no
If no - select F1 to retrieve by Invoice #
Input the invoice number found on the receipt
View transaction information on the screen
Select F1 for yes, F2 for no, F3 to view the next invoice

EMV/EMA Updates

If your terminal displays only EMA - please do the following:
Select Update Now
Input the password - 288635 and ENTER
This will begin the necessary EMV update for your terminal.
Please note - this password is only valid for EMV/EMA Updates.
