Drive Carrier LEDs

The chassis includes externally accessible SAS/SATA drives. Each drive carrier
displays two status LEDs on the front of the carrier.
Green: When illuminated, the green LED on the drive carrier indicates the
drive is powered on. If this LED is not lit, it means no power is being provided
for the drive.
Red: A steady red LED indicates a drive failure. If one of the drives fails,
you should be notified by your system management software. Please refer to
Chapter 5 for instructions on replacing failed drives. The red LED is also used
to indicate drive location when a drive locate command is issued from the SAS
HDD controller.

Power Supply LEDs

On the rear of the power supply module, an LED displays the status.
Solid Green: When illuminated, indicates that the power supply is on.
Solid Amber: When illuminated, indicates the power supply is plugged in and
turned off, or the system is off but in an abnormal state.
Blinking Amber: When blinking, this system power supply temperature has
reached 63C. The system will automatically power-down when the power supply
temperature reaches 70C and restart when the power supply temperature goes
below 60C.
