Quarter-width servers with dual-port CNAs

The PowerEdge FC430 is an example of a quarter-width server. For quarter-width servers with dual-port
CNAs, each CNA port maps to a single port on each of the two FN IOMs. The server slots in the top row are
designated 1a through 1d, and 3a through 3d on the bottom row. See Figure 11 and Table 1.
