INFORMATION
A detailed description of the individual connections can be
found in the
Chap.
12.4.
CAUTION
Clamped cables can cause short-circuits and malfunctions.
▪ When closing the front panel, make sure that cables are
not jammed.

Establish the mains connection between the A2 F and the circuit
breaker in the junction box of the domestic power supply (see
Chap.
12). The mains connection cable is already connected to
the circuit board in the boiler control panel and attached to the
boiler frame by means of cable ties.
▪ Slide the mains connection cable through the cable penetration
into the rear wall of the boiler
the distribution box (on site).
▪ Use an all-pole disconnecting main switch on the junction box
of the domestic power supply (separator device according to
IEC 60335-1, which exhibits contact separation in all poles with
a contact opening distance that provide full disconnection in ac-
cordance with overvoltage category III).
▪ Ensure that the polarity and earthing is correct.

Close the front panel.

After completion of all electrical connection tasks, re-establish
the power supply to the relevant circuit breaker.
4.7.2
Integrated heating circulation pump and
3-way valve
The A2 F is equipped with an integrated heating circulation pump as
standard.
The A2 F can be equipped optionally with
▪ a 3-way distribution valve 3UV DHW (accessory in valve kit and in
Smart Start kit)
▪ a 3-way mixer valve 3UVB1 (accessory in Smart Start kit)
.
The heating circulation pump is connected at the factory.
The 3-way distribution valve 3UV DHW is connected to circuit board
connector J12, the 3-way mixer valve 3UVB1 is connected to circuit
board connector J2.
4.7.3
Temperature sensors and further electric
components
Instructions for temperature sensors
CAUTION
The use of temperature sensors that are not approved or
unsuitable for the device can lead to major malfunctions
during controlled operation of the A2 F and impair the con-
trol function of the device.
▪ Use only the Daikin/ROTEX temperature sensor avail-
able as an accessory.
