OPEN MAIN VIEWING DOOR
WARNING:
The front of the heater becomes very hot during
operation. Let the heater cool completely before
conducting service.
1. Open the side doors on either side of the
heater.
2. Within the left side door of the fi replace you'll fi nd
the cleaning tool. Remove the tool from the
magnets, as you'll need it when conducting service
and maintaining this heater.

3. On the right side of the heater are two latches.
Release the latches and swing the viewing door
open.
DISPOSAL OF ASHES
Ashes should be placed in a metal container with a
tight fi tting lid. The container should be placed on a
non-combustible fl oor, well away from combustible
materials, pending fi nal disposal. If ashes are dis-
posed of by burial in soil or otherwise locally dis-
persed, they should be retained in the closed con-
tainer until all cinders are thoroughly cooled.
