Cooking zones technical description Key: = single halogen cooking zone Halogen elements = single radiant cooking zone This type of element transmits heat through irradiation HD = double halogen cooking zone of the internal halogen lamp. One of the main benefi ts of this type of element is that its properties are similar to a gas ring: fast response to control adjustments and COOKTOPS...
2. OPERATING LOGIC: 2.1. INDUCTION COOKING OPERATING PRINCIPLE: POWER CONTROL CONTROLS PANEL INTERFACE GENERATOR GENERATOR FILTER FILTER The control panel is fed from a single generator although it is equipped with a connection to each of them in order to ensure the necessary exchange of information. WARNING: electronics connected to 230 V -->...
2.3. INDUCTION COOKING OPERATING PRINCIPLE: Induction cooking is based on the physical principle of heating, utilising Foucault current, of electrically conductive materials Foucault current is generated when conductive material is exposed to an AC electromagnetic fi eld. Induction heating exploits the phenomenon of parasitic currents (also known as Foucault currents). Parasitic currents are produced in conductive materials by variable magnetic fl...

If it is necessary to interrupt the cooking programme (for example, to add ingredients), switch off the Clipso Eye Module and programme the cooking time again. The maximum cooking time which can be set for this function is one hour. To modify the set duration: 1.
2.5. INNOVATION IN GLASS-CERAMIC HOBS: 2.6. NEW GLASS-CERAMIC PCB: The fi rst two red relays serve to ensure safety of the PCB: these relays trip when the main board overheats The next four relays serve to activate the plates The last two relays serve to increase the power by activating the halogen lamps. Each plate is equipped with a safety probe, the con- tacts of which open at 550°C The two rh plates are equipped with halogen lamps...
