pipework.
I'M PRESSING THE CAPPUCCINO/LATTE BUTTON, BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING.

frothing cycle.
MY MILK IS NOT FROTHED
The Whisk may not be spinning freely.
For the optimal performance, use fresh, cold, semi-
skimmed milk.
Check the whisk coil is fitted properly on the
whisk cylinder. Slide the whisk all the way down
away from the lid.
Rinse the milk container lid thoroughly and descale
regularly.
Use the milk boost function as per page 10 or 12
and use milk at an ambiente room temperature.
Ensure you fill between the appropriate MIN and
MAX levels on the Milk Container.
Use cold milk from the fridge.

Capsule Basket every 3 drinks when using the milk
function to avoid overspill.
Turn the machine off and remove the Water Tank.
Refill with fresh water and then place the Water
Tank back onto the machine. Follow instructions
on page 8 before dispensing.
Remove the capsule and ensure that the Water
Tank is full. Press the Coffee or Tea Button. Water
should exit the Nozzle. If it doesn't, press again to
release the trapped air.
This feature prevents you from accidentally
frothing milk twice. Remove milk container and
empty/clean. Fill with milk and reattach. Press
cappuccino or latte to start another frothing cycle.
Clean and dry the Whisk and rotate by hand.

THE PERFECT COFFEE
You are looking for an espresso with a 2-3mm crema and a rich, dark brown colour
underneath (the exact colour will depend on the capsule you have chosen).
• It should have a taste that is full of flavour (whether mild and subtle or rich and strong)
and should not be bitter. It should stay hot to the bottom of the espresso.
• The Dualit Capsule Machine is designed to produce an optimum Espresso
volume of 35ml.
• If you would like a longer drink, extract Lungo by pressing the Coffee Button twice.
